Audiences: Next-generation executives from all management areas (e.g. marketing, sales, human resources, production, engineering, accounting).
The Corporate Edition comprises of a customized, web-based IndustryMasters Simulation with 25 to 2000 user accounts, the course materials and all services required to integrate the simulation into the client's Learning & Development programs.
Customized Features:
Degree of Difficulty (low, medium, high).
Economy Size: A group of up to 100 users can participate simultaneously at
an IndustryMasters simulation round. For smaller group sizes, the number of
industries is adjusted to ensure an average number of 2 players per industry.
Duration of Simulation Rounds: Either 1 or 2 hours, depending on the length
of the tick cycle (1 or 2 minutes). A simulation round has 60 ticks, which
corresponds to 5 business years with 12 months each.
Course Schedules: Provided by the client. A multi-group functionality allows
to conduct simulation courses in which multiple user groups can participate
either simultaneously or in different time slots.
Simulation Interface: Integration of client's logo (and more).
